Send an email to support@binimaya.com with the subject line "Account Verification Request".
Include your Binimaya username and full name.
Attach a photo of a valid government-issued ID (citizenship, license, passport, etc.) with the following precautions:
- Add a visible watermark on the image such as "For Binimaya verification only" so the document cannot be reused elsewhere.
- Blur or cover your document ID number / issue number for your own safety — we only need to verify your name and photo.
Our team will review your request and update your account within 3-5 business days.

Binimaya and its team are not responsible for any misuse, loss, or damage arising from the submission of personal documents for account verification. By sending your documents, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk and discretion.

We strongly recommend following the guidelines above (watermarking and blurring sensitive details) to protect yourself. Documents are used solely for identity verification and are not stored after the process is complete.
