• Binimaya does not verify the quality, safety, or legality of listed items.
• We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

Binimaya is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from transactions between users. This includes but is not limited to the quality of items, delivery, personal safety during meetups, or any disputes between parties. Users engage in trades entirely at their own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

The Binimaya platform, including its design, logos, and content, is the property of Binimaya and its creators. Users retain ownership of content they upload but grant Binimaya a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are reported by other users for misconduct. You may also delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

9. Changes to Terms
